threeWorkflow of fully automatic batching system:

The weighing hopper is equipped with a weighing sensor and connected to an industrial computer for input. This system is designed to manually check the zero position of each weighing hopper during shutdown, and monitor whether the weighing hopper returns to the zero position normally; Automatic zero detection during continuous batching operation can correct the zero position changes of the weighing hopper, ensuring measurement accuracy.

After the operator clicks on the ingredient to start the running process,The PLC controls the opening of the pneumatic valve and screw for the first material feeding, and the material is slowly added to the weighing hopper. The computer monitors the signal transmitted by the weighing sensor in real time and compares it with the target value set by the formula. When the set formula target value is reached, the PLC control output is disconnected, and the pneumatic valve and screw for the first material feeding are closed. After stabilization, the total weight of the weighing hopper and the added material is measured, and this value is used as the zero position before the second material feeding. Next, the feeding process of the second material will begin, repeating until the second, third,... are all added.

The feeding process ends and all pre-set feeding conditions are met, and the feeding process begins. The pneumatic valve for discharging is opened, and the mixture flows out naturally under the action of gravity. The system monitors the signal transmitted by the measuring sensor of the weighing hopper in real time. When it detects that the total weight of the weighing hopper has returned to the initial zero position, the discharge valve closes, the discharge process ends, and the mixing process enters. The operator can pre-set the sequence of each feeding opening. The system can record the tank number during seed transportation, the actual feeding amount of each raw material, the deviation from the target value set in the formula, the start and end time and time of feeding, as well as the start and end time and time of discharging and other operational data. Through the application program on the upper computer, it is possible to query and print the raw data and statistical reports of the system's operation.
